Wine expert Sam Seiden, with nearly 20 years of experience in the wine industry and extensive travels throughout Italy, will guide guests through a selection of Italian wines. Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with a menu created by Chef Justin Shaw, Director of Culinary for Devanney Hospitality Group, bringing over 23 years of culinary experience and a three-time Elkhart Lake Professional Class Champion title to the table!
