Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the rich flavors of Australia through wine and cuisine. This exclusive dinner is in collaboration with Legend - Australian Wine Imports, the wine import company co-founded by husband-and-wife Master Sommelier duo Jane Lopes and Jonathan Ross.
With nearly forty years of combined experience, Jane and Jonathan bring unmatched expertise and perspective to Australian wine. Jane, one of only 35 women in the world to pass the Master Sommelier exam, has authored two acclaimed books on wine, including How to Drink Australian (2023), co-written with Jonathan. Jonathan, also a Master Sommelier, has led award-winning wine programs at world-renowned restaurants such as Eleven Madison Park and the Rockpool Group, and today makes his own wine under the label Micro Wines.
